Renee is an experienced consultant with expertise in delivering a suite of mental health and broader health centred projects both as an inhouse employee and externally to clients.
Renee has utilised her passion for community health and safety and her experience in professional services to produce high quality outcomes.
In her role at Northern Health, assisted in the development of an overarching mental health and wellbeing strategy for staff that included tailored initiatives, training and offerings focused on enabling staff to feel empowered, educated and supported regarding their wellbeing.
In her professional services role, Renee conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform best practice on health, social services and education program reviews and evaluations.
Renee is currently undertaking her Master of Counselling at Swinburne University.
