She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a Double Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Leadership & Management. While her career began in creative marketing, Marta discovered a passion for administration and operational excellence, working in roles that require organisation, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Over the years, she has supported projects, events, and day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality outcomes. Marta brings creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to her role, with a focus on building positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Outside of work, Marta enjoys baking and spending quality time with her husband and two boys.
