Gladys leads the Operations function, with accountability for the planning, coordination and delivery of logistics across all training programmes nationally. She oversees multiple concurrent programmes, ensuring operational consistency, delivery accuracy and effective utilisation of resources.

With a background as a business owner and operator, Gladys brings strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of operational efficiency. Her practical experience enables her to consistently deliver high standards of service while ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Drawing on extensive experience in the events and exhibitions industry, Gladys is known for her disciplined approach to planning and execution. In partnership with the Operations team, she ensures facilitators have the systems, tools and support required to deliver programmes on time, within scope and to quality standard, resulting in consistent, seamless outcomes for clients.
