Likitha is a consultant with a strong research and analytical thinking background, having recently completed her doctorate in organisational psychology with published research on job design and coaching.
During her doctorate, she developed and implemented a job redesign program which aimed to provide a sustainable framework for healthcare professional to incorporate within their existing work practices. Her research had a meaningful impact in improving overall wellbeing and mental health for the healthcare professionals involved.
Likitha has also been involved in research positions with The University of Melbourne which involved assisting with conducting risk assessments, audits, and providing recommendations for best practices for a range of industries including education, legal system, and IT.
She has utilised her passion for employee empowerment and mental health within her previous human resources management role to implement strategies to improve social connectedness and relatedness within her employees within the organisation, in addition to her typical HR responsibilities.
