Philip has worked with Australia’s leading corporates and insurers to deliver innovative health solutions and has a specialty in customer engagement and solutioning in workplace health.
National Contract & Performance Manager
Carolyn is the Generation Health National Contract and Performance Manager and has over 25 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist and 10 years within the occupational rehabilitation sector.
Carolyn oversees the quality, clinical governance, innovation and service delivery across the business.
National Business Support Manager
Keda is the National Business Support Manager and has over 12 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation industry. With knowledge of all the schemes and customers Generation Health work with, Keda and her team support Generation Health staff to provide quality service to all our stakeholders.

Rebecca is the General Manager – Defence for New South Wales and ACT and has over 12 years’ experience leading allied health teams. Rebecca is an Occupational Therapist and has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation.

Leigh has an outstanding reputation for his ability to understand customer’s needs and to work collaboratively with them to develop and deliver innovative solutions that improves the health and wellbeing of their workforce.

Briony is the General Manager for Central Australia (SA and NT) and has over 20 years of leadership, customer and business management experience. Briony has experience working across all Australian workers compensation schemes as well as CTP and life insurance sectors.

Yasmine is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience in the workplace health industry, including 15 years working as a consultant and leading teams in the provision of occupational rehabilitation & health solution services. Yasmine is the General Manager of the Victorian & Tasmanian portfolio and is passionate about being an industry leader in this provision of innovative, outcome focussed and quality services.

Sean is an Occupational Therapist with 5 years of clinical experience and 14 years in occupational rehabilitation. Sean manages the NSW portfolios has a wealth of experience across the NSW injury management schemes as well as national schemes including DVA and Comcare.
