Victoria is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the corporate mental health and wellbeing sector, working across both Australia and Canada.

With a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology, Victoria has worked with organisations of all sizes—from agile start-up SaaS companies to large, multinational Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers.

Victoria is experienced in the areas of workplace mental health strategy development, workforce planning, change management, psychosocial risk management, employee engagement, and training facilitation.

Her career has spanned a range of roles in customer success, account management, implementation, and project management, giving her a well-rounded and strategic perspective on client engagement, complex stakeholder management and service delivery.

Over the years, her client portfolio has included leading institutions across the education, government, and corporate sectors, with flagship clients such as the Government of British Columbia, Alberta Health Services, and UCLA.

Career highlights to date include:

  • Successfully leading the launch of a state-wide school workforce strategy planning pilot with the NSW Department of Education.
  • Partnering with Alberta Health to expand digital peer-to-peer mental health support to all Albertans (3M+) amid COVID-19.
  • Supporting international students studying in British Columbia (130K+) through a province-wide government initiative to help connect them with relevant, in-language digital mental health support.

She is passionate about partnering with clients to understand their unique needs, creatively solve problems, and drive meaningful improvements in employee wellbeing and organisational performance.
