Sioned has extensive experience in applying organisational psychology and behavioural science across education, government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. She is passionate about creating psychologically healthy workplaces where people feel engaged, purposeful, and able to thrive.

Taking a human-centred approach, Sioned invests time in understanding individuals and organisational contexts to ensure interventions address root causes – not just symptoms. She believes that when we truly understand people and their challenges, the right solutions and performance naturally follow.

Sioned has delivered mental health education across varying roles and levels and has partnered with FTSE 100 and S&P 100 organisations to design leadership programs during major transformations. Her work has helped Senior Leaders to navigate change while fostering cultures of psychological safety, accountability, and trust.

She’s also developed and tailored a range of resources to build employee resilience and support inclusive behaviours. Her creative, practical approach ensures learning is engaging, relevant, and grounded in behavioural science- ensuring lasting impact.

Sioned is also a skilled coach with a deep curiosity for individual differences. She has supported individuals through career transitions and long-term unemployment, with a particular passion for working with neurodiverse individuals.

Her coaching has helped individuals overcome barriers and build confidence, drawing on motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, and solutions-focused approaches combined with psychometric insights to unlock strengths and tailor support.
